Wizz Air Arrives in Paphos

One of the more significant moves this season is Wizz Air beginning operations from Paphos for the first time. According to the reporting, the airline has launched flights to Yerevan and Warsaw, and is adding destinations including Barcelona, Venice, Tirana and Skopje.

That gives Paphos passengers a set of new city links they did not have before, spread across western Europe, central Europe and the Caucasus. It also brings another low-cost operator into the Paphos mix, widening the choice of carriers at that airport specifically rather than only at Larnaca.
